All orders are shipped from our warehouse distribution center in Kent, WA - You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

For shipments up to 500 pounds: We ship using FedEx Ground service. FedEx Transit time for all shipments within the U.S. is 1-5 business days. Should you need your order rushed to you using an express service (additional fees will apply), please contact us after placing your online order. We will then charge your credit card separately for the additional shipping charges. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All International shipments and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and US territories and possessions are subject to additional charges for shipping and handling.

For shipments over 500 pounds: We will check rates with FedEx as well as a freight broker to determine a competitive freight rate to save you as much money as possible. We can also route the freight to you collect using your preferred common carrier. To get the best trucking rates we can obtain, we can prepay the trucking on your behalf and charge your credit card.

We have an unconditional Quality Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We strive to keep the best quality merchandise in our lines. If the quality is not right, you may call for a return call tag and receive a merchandise exchange, a full credit, or a refund. If you must return goods for another reason, you can call us within ten days of receipt to request a return authorization and instructions. In this case we will refund, or credit for the merchandise only, less the freight costs and a ten percent restocking fee. There are no refunds or exchanges after ten days of the receipt of your order, so please open everything to be sure you are satisfied with the quality and condition of the merchandise you have received.
